In order to have a beautiful muscled body you will have to sweat a little, and it can’t be done in a day or a month. Below are a few tips on how to build a beautiful body:

Engage in regular exercise, do not miss the workouts! An exception could be sickness or injury in bodybuilding (like stretching or something else).

Make your workouts more intense, your muscles are growing precisely after exercise, if your exercise routine is too weak the muscles do not want to grow, they just get used to it. So you need to increase your workout intensity all the time.

Using the correct workout program is the key to success! Without the correct program, you can not succeed in building the muscles, you are either going to train too little or too much, and your muscles will not have time to recover. You must carefully select every workout and make sure to train different  muscle group every  time.

You will not get anywhere without good sleep and rest, that’s when your muscles grow, do not forget about it.

Proper nutrition is another very important factor. You need to consume a lot of calories (protein, fats, and carbohydrates). Some people say that the protein is the most important nutrient, because it helps the muscle growth, yes it is true, but if you do not consume enough carbohydrates, your body will use the protein on some other needs. After all, the body needs carbohydrates (fuel) for the energy you spend on breathing, digestion, thinking, walking and other activities.

Build your muscles evenly throughout the whole body. There are guys who do not work their legs, which does not look beautiful, their upper body is buffed (arms, shoulders, and chest) and the lower is not (thin legs).

Some people insist that psychological factor is also important, if you think about and imagine how your muscles grow and increase in size, it stimulates their growth. During workout your body produces various hormones and the cortisol (the stress hormone) level decreases, which is good for muscle growth.
